Created by Jennifer Paddock, and driven by the team at Paddocks, this blog is here to inform, teach and delight you on all things community scheme management. We ultimately hope that the information we provide here will empower owners, trustees and chairpersons involved in community schemes, through better understanding their rights and duties, helping them to increase the value of their properties and create harmonious relations with their neighbours.
What do we do and more importantly, what can we do for you?
